When you have the time and willingness to do a lot of the ‘leg work’ associated with having your home on the market, but not the experience to handle the contract and negotiation phase, Propertywise Partner is the answer.

This system allows you the best of both worlds; you save on the fees you pay to sell your home and you still have access to the part of the sales process most people find difficult – the contract and negotiations. An experienced agent is there for advice when you need it. We make this part of the process as smooth as possible too, by having the same agent working with you the whole way through the process wherever possible.

What are my responsibilities and what do I get help with?

In summary, with our guidance, you provide the necessary information and we will provide the marketing, then you do the inspections for your property. Once you have found a buyer you have access to a dedicated salesperson who handles the negotiation process for you.

What fees do I pay and what do I get?

You pay a $795 marketing package which includes all your necessary marketing requirements for at least 3 months. You can always ad extra marketing if you like. Simply provide your property details online, provide the photographs you wish to use, create your own heading and property description, we will order and send you your sign, produce and provide a current market analysis, provide a copy of title, prepare and provide a standard contract and distribute your property listing to over 15 national and international websites. Including Google and Real Estate.com.au, My Home, Homehound, 2bid2.com and Propertywise.com.au

On sale of your property you only pay $3,000 commission which includes a 2bid2 success fee of $220. That’s it! All the help and support required during the sale process including negotiation advise and participation and contract preparation etc., the use of the best marketing and technology available and topped off by massive commission savings of up to $10,000 or more. ‘Propertywise Partner’ is best those who have confidence when communicating with others and have the time to present their property themselves.

What about personal security?

Propertywise Partner is a great value solution but we are the first to admit it is not for everyone. It takes time to market a property, so if you are ‘time poor’ or would have to do inspections alone we do not recommend the system. We do not recommend you handle the inspections yourself if your personal security may be at risk. We strongly recommend you use the services of an agent if you do not have someone who can be with you during inspections and further, we recommend you never allow someone to enter your home without an appointment and/or if you feel uncomfortable with them. On the bright side, if you do have time to manage the process and you have your security covered, then you stand to save a lot in fees.
