What are my responsibilities and what do I get help with?

In summary, with our guidance, you upload the necessary information to do the marketing, then do the inspections for your property. To start this process, all you need to do is to click on our “start a listing button” and follow the easy prompts. How does it work?

The process is simple; we help and guide you all the way. The all up marketing cost is only $795.00 and the only charge when you sell is a flat $220 fee.
Simply provide your property details online, provide the photographs you wish to use, create your own heading and property description, we will order and send you your sign, produce and provide a current market analysis, provide a copy of title, prepare and provide a standard contract and distribute your property listing to over 15 national and international websites.
During the sale period our online sales staff are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have, simply email us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Once listed and published you may wish to run an ‘open home’, this can be published on the websites easily and conveniently, choose your open time and it can be published along with your listing.
When people attend your open homes or contact you from your sign etc you simply added them to your contact database in 2bid2.com and each and every time there is any activity on your property they will be advised automatically by SMS or email. List as many people in your database as possible; remember the more interest you create the higher price you are likely to get.
What about personal security?

Propertywise Personal is a great value solution but we are the first to admit it is not for everyone. It takes time to market a property, so if you are ‘time poor’ or would have to do inspections alone we do not recommend the system. We do not recommend you handle the inspections yourself if your personal security may be at risk. We strongly recommend you use the services of an agent if you do not have someone who can be with you during inspections and further, we recommend you never allow someone to enter your home without an appointment and/or if you feel uncomfortable with them. On the bright side, if you do have time to manage the process and you have your security covered, then you stand to save a lot in fees.
What happens when I have found a buyer?

When an interested buyer wishes to place an offer they can present it easily on-line via 2bid2.com. This means no awkward moments, as it solves the problem of buyers being too embarrassed to place offers directly. Remember, it’s not their starting offer that counts it’s their final one.
Now it is contract time. When negotiations are complete, simply advise us and take advantage of our contract preparation deal or have your solicitor draw up the contracts for you.
